The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital design and will be proficient in various design software and tools. This role involves creating visually engaging content across multiple platforms, including web, print, and multimedia formats. The successful applicant will have a passion for design and a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects align with our brand's vision and standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and design high-quality digital content for websites, social media, and marketing campaigns.

Create engaging graphics, illustrations, and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects.

Collaborate with team members to conceptualise and execute multimedia projects that meet client requirements.

Utilise SketchUp and CAD software to produce 3D models and visualisations as needed.

Implement web design principles using HTML and CSS to enhance user experience on digital platforms.

Capture high-quality photography to support various projects and marketing initiatives.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes.

Assist in the production of animations or motion graphics using Maya or similar software when required.

Requirements

Proven experience in digital design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) is essential.

Familiarity with web design principles including HTML and CSS is required.

Experience with SketchUp, CAD, Maya, or similar software is advantageous.

Strong skills in graphic design with an eye for aesthetics and detail.

Excellent photography skills with the ability to edit images effectively.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Strong communication skills to effectively present ideas and concepts to team members and clients.

• Install various types of flooring, including carpet, vinyl, cap and cove, LVT.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or applying adhesives as necessary.
• Use hand tools and power tools effectively to complete installations.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure precise installation according to design specifications.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure durability and aesthetics.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction or a related field is essential.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools required for flooring installation.
• Basic carpentry skills are an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and developing the content strategy for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Creating engaging and on-brand visual and written content to build audience engagement and brand awareness
• Independently designing Google ads, flyers, and digital assets using in-house tools
• Managing updates and content creation for the company website 
• Working closely with external marketing agency
• Monitoring performance metrics and optimising content for lead generation and reach
